I was reading an article about running that really made me smile today. Of course running makes your lungs strong er! The difference between a normal article and this article is the fact the person seems to know what he is talking about. Here are some great tips to getting the most out of running.
- Get use to deep breathing. For some reason people who do not run often seem to basically panic while running and lose control of there breathing. Take the time to learn your body while running and control your breathing.
- Run outside. Get your butt off of the treadmill and run outside! The outdoors has its own hills and curves and the overall experience will be better.
- Listen to relaxing music if your running slow. This will really let your mind and body relax as one. When you think about it, what is better then having your body fully relaxed while your running.
- Mix it up!
